. 250g milk chocolate
. 4 cups Kellogg’s Coco Pops or chocolate cereal
. 200g mini white chocolate melts
. 2 cups mini marshmallows
. Put the chocolate over heat and stir until completely melted. Then let it cool down for a while (so the marshmallows won’t melt afterwards).
. Mix together the Kellogg’s Coco Pop’s, chocolate melts and marshmallows and add the melted chocolate.
. Put a little vegetable or olive oil on your fingers and roll the mixture into teaspoon sized balls and place onto a tray lined with greaseproof paper. Refrigerate until required.
. 1 stick butter
. 1/2 cup milk
. 2 cups sugar
.a cup of chocolate chips
. 2 tbsp. peanut butter
. 3 cups uncooked oatmeal
. Melt butter in large saucepan. Add milk; stir in sugar until dissolved. Add chocolate chips.
. Heat medium-high, stirring constantly, until chips are melted and mixture is barely boiling.
. Remove from heat. Add peanut butter. Stir until melted. Add oatmeal, 1 cup at a time.
. Drop by spoonful on cookie sheet covered with wax paper. Refrigerate until hard.
Star Wars popcorn balls.
. 1/3 cup popcorn seeds
. 3 cups sugar
. 1 1/2 cup light corn syrup
. 1/2 tablespoon salt
. 1 teaspoon vinegar
. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
. Butter or vegetable shortening for greasing hands
. Pop the corn using whatever method you prefer.
. Put the sugar, water, corn syrup and salt in the saucepan and stir. Add the vinegar and vanilla to a pan over low-heat and cook.
. Carefully pour the hot sugar mixture over the popcorn and toss using 2 large spoons to coat every kernel. Allow to cool slightly.
. Rub butter or vegetable shortening on your hands so the popcorn won’t stick to them.
. Scoop up enough popcorn to form a ball about the size of a baseball.
