Summery Premiere Thursday.

Dazed and Confused.

On the last day of school in a small town in Texas, the graduates have to haze the “juniors”, the freshmen. The movie retraces the day between the moment school ends for summer, moments of hazing and instants of pure liberty. It is the 70’s, the young people feel the summer atmosphere and they want to enjoy themseleves as much as possible. Follows a spontaneaous party in which good old classical rock is played and the teenagers groove to it.

A Midsummer Night’s Dream.

Inspired by Shakespeare’s novel, this movie displays the fantasy of summer. Full of love, romance, despair, it is sure to catch your attention. Love triangles are formed, causing chaos pain in various houses. In the forest live the King and Queen of the fairies, without being known from the outside world. Unfortunatly, a creature working for them runs away with a magical flower which will make everyone fall in love with one another.

Little Miss Sunshine.

In rural America, a family decides the youngest daughter should concur in a beauty pageants competition. In order to do so, they have to start a road-trip to arrive at destination. The young girl is far from fitting with the beauty standards asked by these competitions but she will do her best. The whole family is disfunctional, each member having his issues, and this trip is a way to reunite all of them. It is clever, funny and light-hearted.
